The 45 hectares of Domaine de Chevalier's vineyards are planted in gravel soil with clayey subsoils. For reds, the grape varieties include 63% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot, and 2% Cabernet Franc. For whites, 5 hectares are home to 70% Sauvignon Blanc and 30% Sémillon.
