About Winery
Arkenstone
Napa Valley, USA
Arkenstone Vineyards is a winery located on the west shoulder of Howell Mountain in Napa Valley. The property is entirely "estate," meaning all wine production is made exclusively from grapes grown in its own vineyards. With 13 acres of vineyards, Arkenstone is divided into 22 blocks, planted with a variety of grapes, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Malbec, Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon, and Syrah.
Most of the vineyards were planted in 1998, and the winery prides itself on cultivating its grapes organically from the beginning. Arkenstone benefits from a prime location, overlooking Napa Valley to the west and Bell Canyon to the east, which fosters unique climatic conditions and terroir, essential for the quality of the wines produced.
