Château Beychevelle

Château Beychevelle is a winery located in the Saint-Julien appellation of the Bordeaux region in France. Built in 1757, the estate is known for its rich history and was classified as one of the Quatrièmes Crus in the famous 1855 Official Classification. With a terroir spanning 250 hectares, approximately 90 of which are dedicated to vineyards, Château Beychevelle is part of the Grands Millésimes de France group, currently managed by Aymar de Baillenx. The winery cultivates the four noble grape varieties of the Médoc: 52% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc, and 3% Petit Verdot. Since 2005, the estate has adhered to “Sustainable Agriculture” practices and holds the "Terra Vitis" certification, demonstrating its commitment to sustainability, environmental respect, and human health. These factors, combined with its tradition and excellence, make Château Beychevelle one of Bordeaux's gems, renowned for producing wines of the highest quality.
